We will only do this if you have previously agreed to receive this marketing communication.

By giving consent, we assume that the applicant is over 16 years of age or has valid parental consent, and you can withdraw your consent in whole or in part. Email advertising without subscribing to the newsletter and your right to object

This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests, which predominate in the context of a balancing of interests, in a promotional approach to our customers.
You can object to this use of your e-mail address at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a link provided for this purpose in the advertising e-mail, without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates.

If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.we also use suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments, but we would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by unencrypted e-mail) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is therefore not possible.
Deletion of data
We only store your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy and/or to comply with statutory retention obligations. After this period, we will delete personal data in a secure manner. In order to provide you with the products and services you request, we need to share personal data about your requested or booked travel services with providers and trading partners, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, car rental companies, destination agencies, travel insurance companies and any travel agencies and intermediaries involved.
We only share the minimum amount of personal data that enables our suppliers and trading partners to provide their services to you and us.
to authorities and other parties for legal reasons
We may need to disclose personal data in order to fulfill our legal obligations and to protect or defend rights. This applies in particular to legal obligations to protect assets or provide security.
In order for you to travel, it is sometimes mandatory (required by law by authorities at the relevant origin and/or destination) to disclose and process your personal data for immigration, border control, security and counter-terrorism purposes or other purposes determined to be appropriate.
Some countries will only issue a travel authorization if you provide your extended passenger data (e.g. Caricom API data and US Secure Flight data). These requirements may vary depending on the destination. We recommend that you check this on a case-by-case basis.
We must comply with these regulations to ensure that your journey runs smoothly.
within the Fit Reisen Group
We are permitted to share personal data within the Fit Reisen Group. This includes our subsidiaries (i.e. organizations owned or controlled by us) or our parent companies (i.e. organizations owned or controlled by us) and their subsidiaries.
Personal data is passed on for the purpose of sharing services to optimize customer benefits. The scope of the transfer is kept as small as possible in order to achieve the purpose.
To buyers of our company or affiliated companies
Personal data may be transmitted and passed on to buyers or potential buyers of our company, our subsidiaries and our parent companies and their subsidiaries or their assets. In the case of potential buyers, this is done exclusively in anonymized form.
To service providers, consultants and in cases involving the detection of criminal activities
We share personal data with third parties who provide services to us. For example, external service providers help us to support our IT infrastructure, process your payments on our behalf, create analytical information for us about our products, services and marketing and provide professional services in the areas of data storage and linking, marketing, market research, processing of payment transactions and the provision of products and services. These third parties will only have access to your personal data in accordance with our instructions and are obliged to protect your data. In some cases, such service providers collect personal data as independent data processors (controllers) in order to fulfill their own respective contractual obligations to you, for example when selecting a specific payment method to process your payment.
When we share personal data with other organizations, we require them to keep the data secure. They must not use your personal data for their own marketing purposes.
We only pass on your personal data to third parties in the sense of order processing if:
you have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR,
the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data,
in the event that there is a legal obligation for disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR,
this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR,
we are permitted to do so, for example, due to a legitimate interest.
International transfer of your personal data
Personal data collected by us may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your country of residence. Data may be transferred out of the EEA, mainly so that our employees and partners in those countries have access to the data. If you book a vacation to a destination outside the EEA, your data will also be transferred to the relevant hotel and/or excursion providers at that destination as well as other service providers and, where applicable, intermediaries and commercial partners. Some of these countries offer different levels of protection in relation to personal data and, in some cases, less protection than in the country in which you normally reside. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is treated securely and in accordance with applicable law and this Privacy Policy. Where data is transferred outside the EEA and where it is destined for a stakeholder, service provider, buyer or seller in a country to which an adequacy decision by the EU Commission does not apply, it will be adequately protected by the EU Commission approved Standard Contractual Clauses, an appropriate Privacy Shield certification or the data processor's Binding Corporate Rules.
Links to other websites
Our websites or mobile apps may contain links to websites of other organizations that have their own privacy policies. Please make sure you read the terms of use and privacy policy carefully before you submit any personal data to another organization's website, as we do not accept any responsibility or liability for other organizations' websites.

We also use Google AdWords Conversion Tracking to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our website for you. AdWords is an online advertising program of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google AdWords places a cookie on your computer if you have reached our website via a Google ad.

The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Adwords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Adwords customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.
The storage of "conversion cookies" takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both its website and its advertising.
You can find more information about Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.

Google reCAPTCHA

Twitter receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click on the Twitter "tweet button" while you are logged into your Twitter account, you can link the content of our pages to your Twitter profile. This allows Twitter to associate your visit to our website with your user account. We would like to point out that, as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Twitter.
If you do not want Twitter to be able to assign your visit to our pages, please log out of your Twitter user account.
Further information on this can be found in Twitter's privacy policy https://x.com/de/privacy.
Our website also uses so-called social plugins ("plugins") from Instagram, which is operated by Instagram LLC, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Instagram").

Further information can be found in Instagram's privacy policy https://help.instagram.com/155833707900388.
Re-targeting
We work together with advertising partners on the basis of retargeting technologies. We use these technologies to make our website more interesting for you. This technology makes it possible to target Internet users who have already shown an interest in our store and our products with advertising on our partners' websites. We are convinced that the display of interest-related advertising is generally more interesting for the Internet user than advertising that has no such connection. These advertisements are displayed on our partners' websites on the basis of cookie technology or other anonymous user identifiers and an analysis of previous user behavior. This form of advertising is always anonymous, no personal data is stored without your consent and no user profiles are merged with your personal data.
GA Audiences
On this website, GA Audiences, a web analysis service of the provider Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; "Google"), collects and stores data from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms. This technology allows users who have already visited our websites and online services to see targeted advertising from us on other external sites in the Google Partner Network. For this purpose, a cookie is set on your computer to analyze user behavior when visiting the website and can then be used for targeted product recommendations and interest-based advertising. No personal data is stored or processed when the cookie is set. If you do not wish to receive interest-based advertising, you can deactivate the use of cookies by Google for these purposes by following the instructions at https://myadcenter.google.de/home.
Google Analytics Remarketing
Our websites use the functions of Google Analytics Remarketing in conjunction with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
This function makes it possible to link the advertising target groups created with Google Analytics Remarketing with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. In this way, interest-based, personalized advertising messages that have been adapted to you depending on your previous usage and surfing behavior on one device (e.g. cell phone) can also be displayed on another of your devices (e.g. tablet or PC).
If you have given your consent, Google will link your web and app browsing history to your Google account for this purpose. In this way, the same personalized advertising messages can be displayed on every device on which you sign in with your Google account.
To support this function, Google Analytics collects Google-authenticated user IDs that are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data in order to define and create target groups for cross-device advertising.
You can permanently object to cross-device remarketing/targeting by deactivating personalized advertising in your Google account; follow this link: https://myadcenter.google.de/home.
The aggregation of the data collected in your Google Account is based exclusively on your consent, which you can give or withdraw from Google (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). For data collection processes that are not merged in your Google account (e.g. because you do not have a Google account or have objected to the merging), the collection of data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest arises from the fact that the website operator has an interest in the anonymized analysis of website visitors for advertising purposes. Further information and the data protection provisions can be found in Google's privacy policy at: https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/.
Criteo
We use the Criteo service (Criteo SA, Rue Blanche, 75009 Paris/France) for the purpose of displaying target group-specific and interest-based advertising on websites within the Criteo advertising network. You can prevent re-targeting by Criteo on the browsers you use by following the instructions at http://www.criteo.com/de/privacy. Please note that an opt-out cookie is set for this purpose.
Facebook Custom Audiences
In the area of usage-based online advertising, we also use communication tools from the social media network Facebook. In particular, we use the Custom Audiences and Website Custom Audiences product. A non-reversible and non-personal checksum (hash value) is generated from your usage data, which can be transmitted to Facebook for analysis and marketing purposes. You can find more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of data by Facebook as well as your setting options for protecting your privacy in Facebook's privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/. You can find an opt-out option for the use of Facebook Website Custom Audiences here: https://www.facebook.com/login.php?next=https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=
